The Lucas County 911 Regional Council of Governments is pleased to announce the launch of a new community feedback tool designed to help us better understand and improve the services we provide.
Beginning January 14, 2026, the Lucas County 911 RCOG will send brief text message surveys following certain types of interactions with 9-1-1. These surveys will include a few short questions regarding overall satisfaction and will provide an opportunity for callers to share feedback about their experience.
Community input is important to us. Feedback received through this process will help us identify areas where we are performing well, recognize employees for positive service, and address opportunities for improvement.
The ultimate goal is to enhance the quality and accountability of emergency communications services for the residents of Lucas County.
