Board of Directors
The Board of Directors meet as often as the Board deems appropriate, but shall meet no less than quarterly. The Board of Directors meetings are normally held the third Monday of each month.

Technical Advisory Committees meet often as deemed appropriate, but shall meet no less than annually.
